This company faxes you things which they cannot offer. They have the biggest scam in the world. THey will ask you to pay them first without shipping your items and they will not ship your items until they get your check. They will also not send you anything and play phone tag with you regarding your order not being sent out. I cannot believe this company still exists. I am so tempted to fly over there and get them to give me my money back. This is the most ridiculous business I have ever dealt with. They sit there and fraud companies all day long.

Basically its a scam, You will never see your products and your money ever again.

Whomever submitted this complaint does not fully understand the concept of backorders. To make it clear, a BACKORDER means we have full intention of shipping the order WHOLE but are unable to due to low numbers of products in the warehouse. We request a limited amount of patience for your order to be filled and shipped. Thank you, please read below for further instructions on backorders. If by any chance some or all of your order happens to be on backorder, you have several options. We encourage you to wait until your order becomes available to ship because we offer some of the best prices for our products in the entire country. If you cannot afford to wait, you may email us at [email protected] and request for a refund, whether it be full or partial. In this email, we request you state your name, order number, and hotel/business name in order for us to accurately and quickly process the refund. This can also be done by fax. (716)488-0403 We hate backorders as much as you do, but sometimes there is very little we can do when it gets to that point but wait. We hope you understand that WE are waiting too, and we will do everything in our power to provide you with the answers you are looking for. Backorders are extremely rare, but sometimes they happen. When a company receives a large amount of orders scheduled to go out on the same day, warehouses may get backed up, therefore your shipment date is moved to the next available release date. Certain items we carry have a domestic name, but their factories are located overseas. When we receive large orders and use up all stock in the warehouse, it takes a little while for the factories to manufacture and ship each product. We do our best to increase stock beforehand but sometimes orders come in too fast. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused for you and your company. We intend to clear any problems you may have the best we can, but if you do not give us the whole situation, we are unable to do that for you.

A Refund has been issued to the consumer, so there is no need to call us a rip off. The fact some customers do not have the patience to wait to be shipped in the order in which they were received has caused them to assume that our company is a rip off. This is absolutely not true and it's called slander!

I recommend New York Textiles to everyone that is trying to save money. I don't think it's possible to find prices this low. I was suspicious at first, but I gave them a chance and I received my products. When I have concerns about my order, I get good response and explanation. They told me about backorder status and I understand they have high volume of sales. The great prices is what keeps me coming back!

We do apologize for any items that have been backordered, please keep in mind that we do run into backordered situations when we deal with imported Soap, Shampoo and towels that may carry an American Name Brand but the Mills where the towels are manufactured are overseas in many situations.
