First, I'm tired. Spent all day TROUBLE SHOOTING how to get Someone to pick up phone to CANCEL this Order. I just wanted to spend about 12 bucks & SEE if these products Worked. Instead, I ended UP in hospital diagnosed with CHRONIC PAIN SYNDROME! I DIDN'T Know PKGS arrived or when SINCE I only get MY mail once or twice per week...it Hurt's entire body to walk now. I only get a Helper 2 X's per week for 3 hours. When I got HOME, IT WAS time to GET this taken CARE of. I Do NOT need $$ taken from MY BANK account. So please Stop STOP THIS now!

The customer is incorrect in her facts.  She did, in fact, call to cancel on 10/5, spoke to our customer service rep and both of her trials were cancelled.

I don't know what she is saying that she couldn't cancel.  Her orders were cancelled immediately.

Thank you.

All these "trial purchase" type items are based on a subscription purchase format. What that means is the trial size is a very small charge and then the monthly charge is much, much larger. They have to disclose to you that it is a subscription based product. The disclosure may be in very small writing, but it is there.

In addition to the disclosure they have to provide a way to cancel the monthly subscription. Make sure you follow the directions exactly so you stop the automatic deliveries and the automatic charges to your account every month. Most likely you need to put the cancellation in writing for your own protection.

If you can't get it done directly with the vendor, then contact your bank.

Consider filing a complaint with the CFPB if you feel you were not notified of the subscription requirement for this product.
