Newcastle Fairfield Group, Inc. of Dania, Florida offers favorable terms on construction loans through principals Mark L. Smith (Dania, FL), Reg Wagner (Maggie Valley, NC), Obrian Norris (Deerfield Beach, FL) and Wes Harbison (Christmas Valley, OR). They obtain retainer funds from the customer, using deceptive contracts and loan processes, then never follow through on underwriting and funding processes. When pressed for documents, accounting for processing expenses or refunds due to lack of follow through, they delay with a deceitful web of finger pointing, changing of stories or disappear.

I, Obrian Norris, am not, nor have I ever been a Director, Officer, employee or in any other way directly connected to Newcastle Fairfield Group. The author of this report knows this also. I was retained with $6,500 in April, 2004 to get the author a home construction loan. In May, 2004 my bank was ready to write a formal offer for this loan. The only problem was, and I noticed the author convenietly forgot to mention this, he lost control of his lot on which the home was to be built. The owner (seller) of the lot raised his price, the author could not meet it, and it was sold to another person. I had his loan and he lost his land. Obrian Norris
