Your company has been contacted three to four times- and we were told , SORRY about your luck! I am not impressed that I have to make a internet complaint in order to get somebody's attention. Being in business ourselves - I would call that Bad business. What kind of company are you running? Definently not one run on high morals and values - that you stand behind your product. Yours my dear is run on cheap products that if your galiable enough to buy - we will take your money, fill our pockets and turn our back on you.
