OK, wasn't sure how to submit a response but the issue with NewEgg.com has been resolved. I have my copy of Vista 64 but it took a long time, calls and emails but everything worked out OK. Not sure if I will do this again. NewEgg.com is a good place as far as prices, but their customer support needs a little tweaking.

1) I would like to assure you that this upgrade is not a ripoff, and you certainly won't lose your money. 2) By far the best way to contact NewEgg, where they can't avoid you is by their online chat. Go to Newegg.com Click Customer Service Click on the Webchat button. After they have told you that they will send the upgrade, which I'm pretty sure they will as long as you have purchased it, make sure you get some sort of case/order number. -Hope this is resolved
