My family and I booked a trip to cancun through this company. Unfortunately the only time we were able to get a hold of someone of this company was when we made the payment.  We We're told at that time we had 14 days grace period before our flight to cancel or reschedule the trip at no cost.  Therefore,  when my husband and I were not able to get off work we called ahead of time to reschedule.  Guess what.  We had to pay $1000 per person extra in order to do that.  And this after limitless times calling and being on hold for at least 1 hour a time. 

Therefore we had no choice but to take the trip.  Not Only this but the way they scheduled the airlines was even more disappointing.  One stop flight to Atlanta,  ga arriving at 10.15 am and departing from there at 10.59 am. Well with delays and crosspassing the airport to get from one terminal to the other we missed the flight.  And delta flight service horrible.  We were rescheduled for 5pm. If any openings.  Or 5pm next day.  No refund for lost days at resaurt,  and

pure torture on our way there.  Also the all inclusive package does not include your way from resaurt to airport.  You have to pay your own transportation. HORRIBLE. .. 

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND APPLE VACATIONS.
