Company hires contractors to renovate their houses,gives them thirty days to complete each house. puts obstacles in their path along the way to prevent contractors from meeting the deadline so they can get work done without paying for it Does not pay on time, too many people have to ok everything you do in order for you to do work and get paid. Makes verbal promises and agreements and ALWAYS never makes them good. Repair allowances in the scope of work ( work order ) are very low, contractors profit margin is at the bottom limit If a contractor does finish within the thirty days ,they play the " good cop bad cop " game when they do their final inspection ,to find ways not to pay for the work
