Complaint Review: NEXONTA TECHNOLOGIES - Toronto Ontario

All of this has been fine Sam Stein and while I have quite enjoyed these public dispute forums I will have to stop all communication with you outside of proper legal channels. I do want to thank you for bringing to light what I have been dealing with for the past 3 years however.

I will say however that back in the summer of 2009 it was a difficult fallout for everyone infact the fellows that hired you Luxontel Communications (I would not have hired you however it was their dime and so they called the shots) were out 20,000 to 30,000 dollars.

There were literally millions of companies and businesses affected globally by the credit meltdown and I am sorry to dissapoint you Sam Stein but Nexonta was not and is not the cause of the global ression.

You were hired by Luxontel communications with good intentions (You are barking up the wrong tree) business went south and did not workout in anyone's favor. We might have worked something out years ago however with you coming to our office everyday and trying to incite riot with our staff and calling just recently 3 to 5 times a day (which is harassment) let us know you were clearly more interested in closing us down. Mr Stein, one cannot beat one's wife and expect her to love you. It is the same as one trying to ruin someone's business and expecting them to pay you funds they don't owe you. Good Luck as you are and a word of advise. Lose SP Why would you put yourself out there for someone else's personal Vendetta!

NEXONTA,NEXONTA TECHNOLOGIES,OFFSHORE CALL CENTRE,HUEY JOHN,ALL ONE AND THE SAME. I went to NEXONTA office to warn his other 3 employees that if he coulnt make good on a $695 cheque,how was he going to pay them.Why has Huey John kept on lying for almost 3 years now that he will make good on a bounced cheque,which was not even full payment of the amount that he owed.I have recorded messages and emails to that effect.

  I waited all this time and gave NEXONTA ample opportunity to resolve this,but unfortunately John Huey is not a very ethical business person.Why has NEXONTA moved their business premises every couple of months the past 3 years.Who are they hiding from.I would strongly suggest that you visit his current location before doing business with him.Pay any money up front to him will put you in the same kind of situation that I am in. He sounds so true when he lies to you.

Sam Stein cost us alot more than 690.00 that was owed to him. He simply tried to put us out of business by having our staff quit with this type of behavior. I can't see how this is running from a debt. If he had listened to the police in the first place and stop coming to our offices then this whole matter would have been cleared up. The Police told us to have no contact with Mr Stein and so we didn't but he kept coming and the first time I have heard from Mr. Stein was one and a half months ago demanding money after 2.5 years??? We came to an agreement and he does this??? Extortion is not legal. You might want to inform Mr Stein of this!

It is very possible that they do not legally owe you the debt, due to the offloading it onto another entity that folded. But they sure sound dodgy/sleazy, since you worked for them and they refuse to pay you. 

I say keep up the pressure. Maybe the deadbeat will never pay you, but you can make his life miserable in the meantime :)

This blog is to bring attention to a disturbing situation in regards to individuals who don't realize the power of internet marketing. About three years ago while our company was still in Montreal we did a joint venture with another
company called Luxontel Communications and at the time this company operated as a call centre off shore however they were not able to meet their financial commitment to the joint venture and so they had to stop operations at that time.

We had two offices at that time which was one in Montreal and then there was the Luxontel Communications which was
offshore.

Luxontel Communications had hired all of the staff for the off shore office as well as the Montreal office everything was
perfect up until the point where the Luxontel office folded their operations due to lack of sales and were forced to change their business model to online teaching which was fine however it left Nexonta at the time responsible for all of the over head. This caused a bit of a delay in Sam's cheque of $690.00

These things happen, however Sam Stein  of  6265 Lennox Montreal, Quebec who was hired by Luxontel Communications was going to be looked after by Nexonta however Sam Stein kept coming to the office even though the Police told him to
take the proper course of action he caused major fallout with our staff and cost our company alot more that the 700.00 that he is claiming. Sam just kept saying "Close your doors" At this point the police were involved as Sam Stein was coming to our office everyday and harassing our staff and the police tried to stop him but they couldn't  and so we
were told not to have any dealings with mr Stein. This is when I realized that all he wanted to do was close our company.

There is no settlement to be made with Mr Stein and I would think hard about hiring someone who would do all of this for no reason. In the end we tried to reason with Mr Stein but this is the extortion email that we got and we were told not to have any further communications we him as the poilce were involved.

This is to inform you that I need payment by Certified Cheque or Money Order in the amount of$700.00 by Wednesday, March 21, 2012 5:00PM.Failure to make payment by that time will nulify my agreement to accept that amount, and I will demand FULL PAYMENT of the original amount owing 996.91 plus interest, ie.$1153.73. I will not accept any further communication from you.

Failure of receiving the amount owing by this deadline will force me to take the following steps.

1.  A professionaly Search Engine Optimized Web site will be established highlighting your practices with employees and giving a detailed accountof my experince with you.

2.A campaign to put a lot of negative information re: my experience with Nexonta and Huey John, on various internet sites.

3.Legal action against Nexonta Technologies.

Sam Stein of 6265 Lennox Ave Montreal, Que did work for Nexonta  and not Nexonta Technologies Inc Nexonta was shut down over two years ago and at the time we were partnered with a call center which went out of business due to the bad economy at the time and Mr Stein worked with us for 2 weeks at that point Nexonta not Nexonta Technologies Inc took the responsibility for all of the employees and Mr Sam Stein proceeded every day to Come to our offices and scream at our staff and tell us to close our doors. Finally I had to call to authorities 5 times and it caused a huge fall out for our staff and operations. Not the way to go about settling a greivance.
