Benjamin Delanoy of Plant City Florida extorted large sum of money from me on the pretense of investing in a company (Cage Soldiers) using Next Level Marketing as parent company. After he got the cashiers check all I ever got from him was e mails. Would not answer a phone call since then. You can call Next Level any time and all you get is his voice mail. I know 3 other people who he did the same thing with. He can look you in the eye with the best of intention and slowly stab you in the back after he gets the money.

Well, Mr. Rod Mason and I had our day in court yesterday (Hillsborough County, Florida Court Case #08-CC-026126) and I am happy to tell everyone that the Judge found in favor of the Defendant Ben Delanoy. Rod Mason's claims are frivolous and far fetched at best, and are blatant lies in my opinion....which are supported by the courts as well!
