The Carol Stream IL address is indeed on the customer bill. It is not the address to send complaints. The lockbox address accepts payments automatically and any other information gets discarded. I believe the bill stub even states that you should not include correspondence with your payment. You can send complaints on the Nextel.com website by filling out a form, or you can send them via certified mail (for your own tracking) to the following: Executive Escalations Department 2001 Edmund Halley Drive Reston, VA 20191 Your complaints will be reviewed and responded to in a timely manner. I just didn't want anyone to send them to an "unmonitored" payment system.
