After 5 months of going back and fourth with Nextel about my bills not being correct I am sick and tired of it. They don't care because I am only one person, but if I sue them and make them pay for all that they are putting me through may be they would care. If any one can help me with my law suit it would be greatly apprcaited.

As a current employee, I can definitely say that Nextel has a problem with the billing of their Mobil to Mobil minutes. The system that they use is NOT capable of computing it and they are trying to figure it out now. What they want Rep's to do is try to credit (as little as possible) and sent a ticket to billing research so that they can figure it out. Who knows when they will do that!! I feel very sorry for people that thought they were getting such a good deal with this feature. It it worked correctly then it would be good but as of now it is not working the way that it should and people are getting shafted.
