yes, March took the time to listen to me and to helped me fixed the riciculous bill that i got. She looked at all the notes they have on file and told me that the previous customer rep that i had talked to put my phone on "stand by" and from there on nextel started charging me for all of the calls i had made and received. Well to make the story short she fixed my my bill and i only ended up paying what was fair i mean my normal monthly bill of $60.40.
