after a 1 year contract with nextel i call them up at the end of the contract and spoke to a rude service representative and i informed her that i would not use their services anymore, she told me that i could not do that because i din't give them a MONTH's notice and therefore i could not terminate the contract, although my contract was officialy fullfilled (1 year contract = 1 year service) so i said that it was ok and i paid my montly fee. At the end of the month i received a ridiculous bill for $343.82 for every single phone call made and received by looking at my bill i found out that tricked me to stay with them for another month so that they could charge me a high price for service that is definately outside of the SO CALLED CONTRACT.

i suggest that anyone that has a contract with nextel to open up your eyes and don't let them trick you into staying with them so that they could rip you off.

The pnly good thisng about nextel is a customer rep. named March, who listended to my complaints and acctually helped.

yes, March took the time to listen to me and to helped me fixed the riciculous bill that i got. She looked at all the notes they have on file and told me that the previous customer rep that i had talked to put my phone on "stand by" and from there on nextel started charging me for all of the calls i had made and received. Well to make the story short she fixed my my bill and i only ended up paying what was fair i mean my normal monthly bill of $60.40.
