Failed to postpone credit card payment as they indicated they would do on their website, which resulted in a late fee. I registered to the site as required, and the "my history" section of the site shows that they have received the information I sent.

I've made numerous requests that they contact me, so that I may learn the status of my account, and what I may expect in future dealings with them. They have failed to respond, either by the e mail account I provided them when I registered, or by phone. I've supplied my contact information, including phone number, with each of my requests that they contact me.

I learned that Daryl Flagg is the CEO of nextmonthonline, but can find no phone number, or even the state they are located in on their website. Additional searches on the internet have provided no information for Daryl Flagg, other than numerous links to nextmonthonline. Frustrating, to say the least.
