I signed up for NFL Game Pass in November of 2015. I paid the fee as I thought I would use it. I did not. I missed the email in July giving me until August 2nd to cancel the account and lost another 99 bucks, my fault.

To avoid a repeat I followed the online instructions to cancel the account. Which are aweful and you msut hunt them down inthe terms and conditions. This led to emails being sent to me that are obviosuly autoreplies. They provided instructions on what i should do.

The instructions do not work. The links they describe do not exist. I tried three different browsers on two different insternet service providers to see if it was a compatibility problem. This is not the case. So if you sign up you should do so knowing that the customer service function is just autoreply agents, the webiste offers no functionality and therefor you can not cancel your account. In addition you can not delete your credit card information, and you can not get to a live person for assistance.

If you sign up you do so for life. Only option I can see is to cancel the credit card associated with the account.
