I goggled NJL jerseys and I was sent to what looked to the NFL Shop- The offical online store of the NFL. I ordered jersey I was looking but I didn't receive an immediate e-mail confirmation so I went back to the site and saw that I had 2 pending orders each in the amount of $79.99 and I still had an item in my cart. I knew this was not right. The order numbers were #136 and #137. What kind of business has such small order numbers?
I called the number shown on the website. 1-800-NFL-SHOP. The representative I spoke with found no orders in my name or with those order numbers She said all orders start with a "W". I told her that I was looking at the site right and it was showing 2 pending orders and that stated it was the NFL Shop- the official online store of the NFL. She said she couldn't help since I hadn't actually ordered at the NFL Shop. I called the other number listed, 1-850-299-4110. It was out of service.
I immediately called my credit card company and was told I had a pending charge in the amount of $82.99, not even the right amount! I was told that there was was nothing I can do but wait. If the item doesn't get shipped to me, I can file a claim to be reimbursed. The charge was billed by HJP Co., LTD. Beware!!
