On Nov.24, I ordered a NFL COwboy Jersey for a Christmas present. The web site assured me it would take 7 - 15 days to receive the package. I kept tracking the package but there was no movement. After the 15 days, I sent an e-mail to the company. They told me that there were weather problems in Chicago. I responded that the weather in Chicago was fine before the 15 days, so they couldn't use that excuse. Annabelle sent me another message after I again let her know thru e-mail on Christmas Day that there was still no movement on the package when I tracked it. On Jan. 5, I cancelled the order and notified my credit card company. They refunded me the cost of the package. Out of nowhere the package was delivered to my address on Jan. 25. I sent an e-mail asking where I should return it. Annabelle e-mailed me that I would have to pay for shipping to China! After I refused to pay shipping to China, she again notified me that I would have to do that in order to receive credit. I will gladly send it to an American address, but I will not pay for shipping tp China which is probably more that the cost ot the package.
