Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I began my quest for a position at which I could work from my dwelling, after perusing several online employment symposiums I initiated communiqu between myself and NHCD. After verbal communication with the so-called recruiting official I decided to embark on working with NHCD from my domicile.

It was then that I established how inane the whole occurrence would be. You see I am from above caliber schooling and am exceptionally professional in my vocation, costume, and private life and I found that most of the people I would be working with started with little or no experience.

How can a company like NHCD anticipate superior assistance when I was hired for an entry-level position though I had more education and experience than my manager? As I stated in the before mentioned statement, I am from above caliber schooling and do not appreciate being employed along side people of a lower standard.

Sincerely and With Best Regards,

Theresa

Tanya You are so full of it...the changes with this company are always for the better? Why have you been a recruiter for 5 years...most "managers" are certainly promoted much sooner than that. You say you aren't ripping people off..what a crock. The "security deposit" is now 29.95, good look to those of you who decide not to follow through or try to quit because they hold onto that cash as long as they can. Also the 18.95 for the monthly access code...again good luck canceling. I know people waiting almost a year and NHCD is still drafting the 18.95 a month even after sending in their "cancelation letter" at least once a month for the past year. Also the presentations..they aren't 100 any longer..so as a recruiter (soon to be manager) you should probably be aware that it is 500 presentations..doesn't sound like you are too well informed. The recruiters are paid not only when you all hire on ...but they are paid additional cash once you submit the "contract" giving them permission to keep taking money from you. Funny thing there too everyone..they can take your money over the phone but you have to send a letter in writing to have your fees canceled. From there it is in the hands of some very incompetent people in the "main office" to decide when they feel like stopping those drafts. BEWARE anyone and everyone considering this position or any other with this "legit" company. It's really easy for them to take your cash...good luck getting any of it back.

Tammy, I am a Recruiter and work in enrollment as well. I am so glad to see co-workers of mine standing up for this company. I think a lot of these disgruntled people have not taking the time to learn and grow with NHCD. I myself do have management experience but I know that not every job you take you go straight into management. I soon hope to be a recruiting manager. Please keep rebuttals going because the more positive feed back that we say about our jobs will affect people when they are researching about us and instead of finding all these just disgruntled ex-employees they will also happy employees. Sorry lady, but you are just totally a stuck up snob. If you are of such a higher education, then why are seeking such employment from your domicile if you are such a professional? Could it be that any type of employment venture - in or out of your dwelling - would be an entry level position? Which you are so obviously so much higher above such a position. Come down off your high horse and get your nose out of the air. Many positions with many different companies start out with entry level positions - it's called working your way up the ladder. And I do assume that your 'costume' at times requires pants which I also assume you put on one leg at a time - just as us so much beneath you do. Yes you guessed it, I am employed by this company and have many issues I am trying to resolve, but your snottiness has just really rubbed me the wrong way. Could your attitude be the reason why you are having to seek employment from your home? I am a recruiter for this company and if I had spoke to you on the phone and you had expressed yourself as I am sure you did, I would have told you to go elsewhere. I am one of those rare recruiters that does not and will not hire just anybody. You have to be personable - which you obviously are not. That is probably why you were not able to do the task at hand. You see people can tell what kind of person you are just after a few words out of your mouth. And by the way, I have watched The Apprentice and they would make mincemeat out of you. Sorry to say I live in the same state as you. I thought everyone down here had healthy attitudes. Proved me wrong!
