im trying to find out about the lady and her 6 grand did he take 6 grand worth of orders or borrow it from her??

geogre  has two more weeks to pay back the people he has riped off has anyone heard from him or gotten a refund yetim not waiting the full three weeks so i want to hear all those who got a refund and thoses who did not. maybe jail time will do him some good!!

Seems our boy George can't get enough scamming out of his system. It appears that he owes myself and others money, but he is on eBay buying stuff with our money. Look him up under oilkings2012. Does George Kuhn owe you money? Send him a message on eBay also.

I have nothing new to report.  Just holding my breath until my refund gets here.  Glad to see I am not the only person who is refusing to take this lying down.

make sure its a bank check not personal  his checks are as good as his jerseys and lets see if he gives back that lady her 6 grand back he hasnt called me, and if  i get my refund i still wanna join forces and nail him  do u know anybody else he has screwed? steve

Guess who called me last night?  Our boy George Kuhn.  He left me a message about how he was the customer service dept in his company and he should fire himself, blah blah blah.  Offered up a full refund and told me he would get it out this week.  We shall see.  Good Luck - Ken

The detective handling the case is Mike Kenny [email protected]  - He said to get in touch with him and encourage any others that may have been wronged.  This detective has been 100% professional and has been a huge help.  Can't give you the details, but he seems to be on it.  We will see.  He said to call his office 716-692-2121 ext-309 He said to pass his info on.  Please feel free to post this stuff.  If you want to call him to verify, please feel free.  I don't think we will ever see our money, but if I can be a pain in this guys a*s, I intend to do it.  He may be facing federal wire fraud charges.  Ken

i also talked to marian. she  says that geogre kuhn  doesnt work at  sports and liesure and not assicated with them ,but she did say she knew him i am the author of this complaint and the guy whom talked to george i would like to know what he said ,.thanks

They are registered as NFR Sports 245 Delaware Street # 111 Tonawanda  - Phone number 716-602-4787  - As of today, still active, but not accepting messages.  
The guy I talked to told me his name was George Kuhn, but this website is registered under James Heim with an email address of [email protected]

So I called (716-876-2738) and left several messages at Sports and Leisure Magazine and no one would return my call.  Today I called the cell number listed on the answering service (716-445-5607) and a lady by the name of Marian Giallombardo called me back.  I explained the purpose of my call and she seemed to be very protective of Mr. Kuhn.  She may be trying to protect his privacy, but my gut tells me something else.
