Niagra Credit Solutions Inc. Name calling and asking personal questions along with threats Internet
I received a message on my service and returned it as it did not give detail as to what it was regarding.
When I called the number back, the male that I spoke to was rude and told me that I owed money and that I had no choice but to pay it back. He obviously did not know me or any details regarding the situation. He acted like he had information, in front of him but most of it was incorrect.
He proceeded to call me a scumbag and ask me what my disability was. He told me that I never filed any of the paperwork to receive the disability on my loan and that the place I received my loan from did not offer that type of coverage.
I hung up on him because he started to scream over me and continued to get ridiculously rude. He called me back. I tried to hang up, again but he refused to get off of the other end.
I tried not to engage in this harrassment but I have never had anyone so rude call regarding anything before. He stated that his company was hired by Toyota.
I am a 37 year old who has several disabilities, one of them pertains to my heart. I have already had two MI's and have had surgery to place stents in my heart.
