Nicki forwarded and charged my wifes credit card no# to network adgenda and has taken $55.65 i.e.$7.95 month Internet
The account is in the name of Leslie. Our records indicate that while you were signing up for Grant search assistant cd online there were other free offers that came as bonus material to you. One of them was a 60 day free trial for Networkagenda. The system does begin to bill you when the 60 day period ends, if our company has not been contacted to cancel the account for you. We also provide you with a username, password, as well as an email account. What I have been able to do for you is cancel your account so you will receive no further charges from us. I have also issued a credit back for the last charge. That refund should reflect on your account anywhere from 7 to 10 business days.

the above was the response from the company rep after i contacted them on the internet yet i was charged $55.65 from dec 2006 up until this notification and did not recieve what this rep above describes,the charges are from network adgenda but grant search assistance is the company that passes off the charges to network adgenda claiming to be a second party service provider.
