According to a report by TREC, Three elderly couples were ripped off by Ms. Chalfant for taking cash deposits when puchasing a new home and their cash deposit went missing when it came time to close on the house.

There is no worse kind of man if that is what you call him. He has stolen so much from so many with no remorse. I had a restraining order taken out on this man for threatening my life. He was arrested and booked. He has a pattern of abusive behavior, theft and retaliatory behavior.
He is a convicted felon and has stolen over 300k from over 2 dozen people that put their faith in him to do construction work. He continues to stalk me 15 years later. He actually has a wife and son. I feel so sorry for them. Hey Marc... if your reading this, there is NOTHING you can do to harm me. I’m not afraid of you, I feel sorry for your family that they have been sentenced to a life with you.
