Niguel Summit Apartments - Do Not Go There... They Will Rip You Off! Becareful going to Niguel Summit they have ripped off multiple people all over Laguna Niguel California
Niguel Summit is the worst place to live ever! I am asking anyone that may join me in a lawsuit to fix my credit that they have trashed. When we moved in the apartment was not clean at all and asking them to clean t was almost like pulling teeth. (Should have just left right there) After being there for some time as issues would arise they would not do anything at all to assist you. I put in several requests to no avail. When one guy came out to look at my toilet that would explode water all over the walls and floor when flushed they said that is normal the toilet is like that. I stated that I am sorry but that can't be normal and is against the law to have water coming out of a toilet it is then considered sewage. My washer broke the only thing that ever happened that was positive was the maintenance man Chris. Bless his soul and I hope he finds something better. Helped me move another washer into our apartment. The railing broke had to repair on my own. Mail and other items began to get stolen. Trash was not picked up for about 2 weeks and was overflowing in the trash enclosure and smelled violently disgusting. Parking was hurendous. Even if you were good and parked on the street the guests or friends of tenants would be there too often or not leave and parking would be impossible. My garage trellus fell on my car and then as I removed items out they blamed me. My car was damaged and they continued to say it was my fault. There were too many noise disturbances and they would not take care of it at all. Pool was out of commission and coated in moss the entire time we were there. So, I found another place to live I gave them 30 days but my contract was not over yet and they wanted to change me for it. I gave them a letter from a lawyer that stated that we wre not liable for clean up, repairs, or any other damages because they did not repair anything in a good enough amount of time. that conditions were considered uninhabitable. They have since gone to their lawyer taken my entire deposit or $500 and last months rent of $1700 and are taking me to court to pay them a prorated amout of $880.00
Again, I am hoping that someone would have had a similar situation and work with me to take them to court as well.
