Nixon Watches Watch lasted about as long as a 10 dollar watch
I was a big fan of Nixon watches. I have purchased 4 in the last 4 years. The cost of the watches ranged from 300-550$. One of the watches is about a year and a half old. It has hardly been used and the time piece is now dead. i purchased Nixon watches so I would not have this sort of problem as I thought I was buying quality. I have a low end seiko in my drawer that I purchased in 2003 which still works fine in which I paid 30 dollars for.
I contacted nixon customer service who did not seem interested in speaking with me. I told them in a polite and professional manner that I felt ripped off and that I had purchased nearly 2000$ worth of watcheyou want the watch fixed s within the last 4 years from them. The rep seemed to get annoyed and simply told me "Nixonif you want the watch fixed, it will cost you another 150$ roughly". Why would I invest another 150$ into a watch that may last just another year?
I realize the watch is a year and a half old. $400.00 watches should last longer than that and if they dont, they are not worth taht kind of money.
I will never buy another Nixon watch.......cheap watches last longer.
