I was initially contacted by Michael Terry of this company to promote social media for a small service company I had.  I refused and was then contacted by JD Martin who sold me on creating a web site devoted to marketing product which would then be promoted on Facebook and other social media.  He gave as an example a retired person who set up a web site promoting only "Duck Dynasty" merchandise and had made $13,000 within 68 days although ore typically it would take 90 days.  There would be a Facebook 'like' campaign, including a 'call to action' promotion, a TeeSpring account for T-shirts, 5 articles submitted for a top blog spot, SEO marketing campaign, etc.  I had a problem with the price of $5,000 and explained that I was a senior citizen trying to make it on Social Security and that this was the last of my savings and I had to do something with it to generate an income.  Initially I was pleased with the development of the site but we never went beyond a banner and 17 items (video games) to sell.  See dragonladygamer.com  Nothing new has been posted on the site in 2015.  JD told me that it was because merchants could not get product due to the port strike in Long Beach.  But most of these games are downloadable.  I asked about the T-shirt account and he told me it was too soon since I had no followers to speak of - 179 only as of April and at least half of them are family and friends.

I asked for my money back in December, 2014 and again in Feb 2015 but there are no refunds even though their web site says differently.  Their trick is when you phone and leave a message, someone will call you back to say that the person is out of the office for the week but they will call you next Tuesday at 10 am for sure.  And of course, then they don't.  I did manage to get through a couple of weeks ago and JD told me that he knew I had phoned 38 times - I try every day, sometimes twice but that he could not call me back due to bad weather in Phoenix and that there had been no internet or Vonage in all that time.

When I insisted that I wanted my money back, he told me that he had a plan to sell the web site as is (half of it is in Latin), not finished, no followers and no product for $13,000.  When I protested that I did not see the web site listed on any auction site, he then told me that there was a private buyer who would pay $5,000.

But week after week goes by and he refuses to answer the phone when I call or return my messages.

The VP of the company was on the phone to me within hours of the posting.

He assured me that my situation was an aberration and that my account had simply dropped through the cracks.

He will personally supervise my account and make certain that his company delivers beyond the specifications of the contract.

The company is proactive and responsive to its clients issues and I am satisfied that the matter is going to be resolved so that dragonladygamer.com will become an income producing site and grow from its current 17 games and 179 Facebook "likes" in a matter of weeks.  He also promised to set up the T-shirt account promoting an amazing logo attached to my site.
