We had another fraudulent account activity which we immediately withdrew all but $20 from the account with the intention of closing the account the next day. In that time, a second fraudulent transaction occurred for $112 initiated by NMB Platinum as an application fee. We've never heard of, much less dealt with, any such company.

We called our bank and have closed the account. In addition, we have filed a dispute with our bank. Apparently, we are very fortunate because our bank has been proactive in helping us with this matter.

We do not have much information about NMB Platinum, but hopefully, with this report and others, enough information can be gathered to help prevent this from happening to another. If you have any information that may assist us or our banking institution, we would be grateful.
