NMG c/o JVC Refuses to refund money for returned knives and cancel membership Kennesaw Georgia
I am an army wife living on a fixed income every month. I signed up to get the free knife with the 3 dollar shipping. I did not realized that I would be continually charged 89.91 every time they would feel like sending me a knife. I called the 1-800 number to cancel the membership after I discovered multiple charges to my account. They said to return the knife, which I had to pay since I opened the package. That was almost a month ago. I tracked the package and they received the knife, but I still have not recieved the refund. They sent me two more knives of which they were sent back. I am awaiting refunds for which I know will not come because they still havent given me the refund for the one at the beginning of dec.
I called and told them to remove me from the mailings of the knives twice. They said I was cancelled. I thought all was good until I saw that I had another charge from the same company for the 89.91. When I called them again it goes to music and the voice tells you to wait for an operator. The first I waited for 35 minutes with no one answering. The second time I waited for 45 minutes and I still have yet to reach a representative. i do not believe they are that busy that people must wait those extended wait periods.
I have decided to take matters in my own hands, I'm going to report them to the fraud department at USAA. I will also have to ban them from deducting anymore money from my account. Im also going to go to jag, which is the legal department on post to determine what the next step is to get the money back for the knives that I have returned and have yet to still receive a refund. I have read some of the other reports and unfortunately I'm not the only who has had this experience. Beware of this comapny, Do not order that knife. It will cause you more trouble than you can imagine.
