I had taken a survey and was offered a choice of thank you gifts. Every one stated all you had to do was pay postage. No where was there any mention of terms and condtions.
A month later found out they charged me $109.67 for the starter kit, as they called it! I told them I did not like the product, but was kept getting told I should of called 14 days after receiving the kit.
The phone clerk insisting I should of read the terms and condtions on the web site. I told her I did not order the kit on thier web site, but after a survey. She kept sying they didn't offer it that way.
The clerk kept talking over me, telling me I wasn't listening to her. In fact, I heared every word she said. Yes, I had to talk over her t times because she would not shut up!
Finally I asked for a manger, which she wasn;'t keen on doing. Frnkly I kne the Manger would be too buy to tslk to me, this is a old retail trick. So I finally told her to get her to call me and hung up.
It ened up with them canceling my membership, but I only get about $57.00 back.
This is a scam, pure and simple. If I had the money for a lawyer, I would try to sue them but I live on SSD.
Something needs to done with them!
