No Flame E-Cigarette Scam, Unauthorized Credit Card Charges, Refund Impossible Miami Beach Florida
Total scam. Unauthorized charges on credit card. No possibility whatsoever of getting a credit/refund. They refused to credit my account even with a return of the product, even though the literature included with the product made no mention of a deadline for calling, but the "customer service" person said it was necessary to call within 14 days of ordering the trial offer. I called within 10 days of receiving the product and was told there was no chance of getting a refund.
Please stay away from this company; do not sign up for the free trial. Doing so will incur an initial charge of $117 on your credit card followed by automatic monthly charges for refills. It is so sad and disappointing that these companies exist that want nothing more than to mislead and defraud consumers.
