Complaint Review: Nobby Kleinman - Internet

Rippoff Report has kept this fraudulent report here now for years without providing any substantiation of the false claims.

I have no idea who the person was that lodged this fake report, but it is clear from the contents that it is incorrect as the company referred to was closed in the previous year and I have never done anything through Fiver for clients. 

The claimant says it has proof but doesn't provide any. Anyone who knows me and has ever dealt with me knows I am not the sort of person who does this sort of thing. I can't be bothered wasting time on people who are clearly are derranged in their ranting and false claims and inaccuracies. 

My business history speaks for itself having been a trusted and respected adviser to families, individuals and companies when it comes to working with their futures.

I certainly couldn't be bothered with $730 or doing someone else's videos. 

This person may have been a disgruntled ex-employee whose obvious lack of integrity meant they weren't suitable for the role they were engaged for, and judging by the language and broken English, they are Filipino.

Under the global publishing laws and without providing any proof, Ripoff Report is indulging persons to defame the good character of upstanding people for their own gratification and has a responsibility to justify what it allows to be put up in print, or be held accountable for printing false claims amounting to slander and defamation.

If anyone has any proof or issue in regards to this false claim, they are more than welcome to contact me direct including the person who made this claim. They know it is false and they need to accept responsibility and remove this claim. 

I would ask the person who made this claim to contact me direct to explain WHY they have done this, but in the years since it was posted, they haven't had the courtesy to do so.  

So for anyone reading this, please disregard the claim as false and a lie and a judgment on the character of the person who lodged it. 

It is also an indictment on Ripoff Report who incites false stories alongside perhaps real claims. But given the harm this can do to people and their reputation, Ripoff Report should do the right thing and not post stories which are not substantiated with solid hardcore proof. 

Some unknown person named Alex filed a false report about me for whatever unknown reason,

I do not know this person, have never dealt with this person, and it is obvious from the English contained in the so called complaint that it is a set up to tarnish my name.

If this so called person is legitimate, and he says he lives in Sydney, then I am happy to meet them in court to address their allegations.

The person seems to be trying to tarnish my name for some retaliatory reason.

I employed up to 18 people at one time in Davao in the Philippines and was happy to give them all a job. They were treated with respect, paid more than most other offices, enjoyed benefits of paid meals and clothing, and enjoyed working in the office. No work was ever done through Fiverr. 

One of the boys was fired for sexually harassing one of the female employees, and I dare say that this is the so called Alex.  

Not only did he make rude and lewd comments which were derogatory to the young lady involved, but he was also actively involved in sabotaging websites he was supposed to be building for clients and myself.

So if this sexual predator wishes to defend his actions and termination by posting utter trash, then he should be prepared to defend himself and his comments in an open court.

Other than his termination, no other action was instigated such as being reported to the police, so he got off lightly.

So I understand why he would post such rubbish as this an act of retribution. 

Many comments he has posted are not factual. However, I am more than open and willing to meet him in court to allow him to defend his accusations there in public, rather than hide behind such a trash publication which is prepared to allow this to be posted.

While I have no argument with exposing real rip offs, this site expects me to pay $2000 to have it removed. That's how it makes money. By allowing peoples reputation to be tarnished by disgruntled ex-employees.

Anyone who cares to look it up will soon realize how false, fake and misleading this complaint by "Alex" is.  

My details are openly available for any person genuinely wanting to contact me. Alex was able to find my details and post them publicly as well, but I have never spoken with this person. I would really welcome such discourse to find out the true nature and reason as to why he did this.

He knows this is false, and I would rather he own up by removing his fake post. Otherwise, he should know that he will live with this lie against some-one for no good reason.
