I began designing labels for Noelani's Coconuts. I finished the design to Ed's liking, he signed off on the design and told me that he would pay me as soon as I delivered both the printed labels and the electronic files for the labels.

He said he didn't trust graphic designers. I submittted an estimate for the design and printing costs. He approved the estimate. I printed 1,000 labels at my expense, and delivered the electronic art for the labels.

I submitted the invoice on December 7, 2012. Despite multiple conversations with Ed, and multiple promises, with multiple excuses, I have not been paid yet.  He did send me a photo of his new refridgerated truck and new graphics on the truck!

It's been over a year now and I have not been paid for the labels and design work I did for Noelani Beverage. Collection agencies have now informed me that Noelani's phone number has been disconnected. If he's not guilty, then why disconnect the phone?

The designer who made the labels was supposed to deliver them so the customer, Noelani Beverage could use them in time for sales meetings to sell the product. The designer did not send them in time, so Noelani lost the business. The designer was told he would still get paid, but he would rather be destructive here and make reprts that are not all right and fair.

The customer, Ed Hartz and Noelani are the consumer. The designer is the one who made wrong to begin with. He never returned calls. He thought that he was above doing that. The customer needed the labels in time to sell his goods attached to these labels but the desugner, DGBDI, was playing games and witheld doong the work for no reasons. The customer became frustrated. He finally received the labels but it was too late to use them. he also told the designer that he would still pay him when things were better. As far as a truck is concerned; this has nothing to do with the matter. the designer is just upset that the customer was able to fix a truck first before he was paid. Without a truck that the customer fixed himself, there is no business. No business, no money. No money, then he cannot pay for the labels. the designer was told he wpould get paid. he swore to God. If God means nothing to this man than this man has no right to file a complaint that is damaging to a merchants reutation, especially when he is just starting out. he is using this system thinking this is the way to be paid. This is wrong. what is the damaging report worth to a business starting out? the cost is immeasurable. Now he really pissed up the wrong tree.
