I was also taken by the Noerr Programs as an employee. I wanted to make some extra money for the holidays, so I found an add for the santa set on craigslist. The 19 year-old that hired me was later fired for stealing, and the former assistant manager became manager. She then endorsed corporate hiring someone that could work a mere 2 hours a day to be assistant. Needless to say, the assistant used not showing up as a form of quitting. I was asked to be assistant at "x" dollars per hour. It sounded fair enough, so I agreed. What I intended as a part time way of earning a few extra dollars became a nightmare of exhausting hours (not by choice) and in the end, I got paid a mere 50 cents more an hour than before I became "assistant manager". Because this unprofessional company does NOTHING in writing, there is no way for me to prove that I was lied to, and it would cost me more to take them to small claims court then it I would be compensated in the end. I simply will not allow this organization to further use me, or take time from my precious life. I just want to add to the numerous complaints against them to try to save some other trusting naive person from being used the way I was. It's not worth it. And I hope that any possible customers read this and other testimonials and STOP SUPPORTING these heartless scam artists!

I have worked for Noerr Programs for three of their past seasons and these are the facts: Everything is in writing, including pay rate. If your pay rate wasn't in writing you did not fill out the hiring paper work, which means you wouldn't have been payed at all. Your comment shows you knew what you were getting payed, you just weren't happy with it. No one can force you to work more hours than you agree to, so that is also on you.

My experience with Noerr was fantastic! Not only are they a great company to work for, but they provide excellent opportunities to advance within the company. I hope to work with them again, and I am recommending the job to everyone I know that may want additional seasonal employment.
