Nomorerack stated that if a customer ordered and purchased an item ON or BEFORE December 9, 2013, that their items would be delivered ON TIME BEFORE Christmas. I ordered three (3) of their i Rola DX 752 MID Google Android 4.2 1.2 GHZ 4GB 7" Dual Camera Tablet PCs with Accessories. All 3 were ordered separate due to the web site not letting me order 3 of a different color at the same time, but all were ordered within 7 minutes of one another. One purple, one blue, one green. I had to call and E-mail Nomorerack countless times times to see why my orders were still in processing. This past Monday, they shipped the purple tablet. I called and asked why the other 2 were not shipped. I also E-mailed them. Each customer service rep. and phone rep. keep telling me the same thing. They will E-mail the vendor and get back with me, or ask me to wait 48 hours for them to respond. I finally received the purple tablet yesterday. The blue and green are STILL IN PROCESSING and the phone rep. tried to tell me they all have the same tracking number even though they were not shipped together ...

The post office said that is highly unlikely due to each item being seperate and needing their own tracking number. It is now at the point that there is only THREE shipping days left, and I am assuming that my other 2 tablets will NOT arrive on time. The 2 day priority mail really takes 4 days, and I know that my orders will not arrive on time now. Nomorerack doesnt seem to be honoring there promise of delivering my items. Sadly, these are gifts for my grandchildren, and it seems they wont have their tablets on Christmas morning. I ordered other items through (((REDACTED))) SEVERAL DAYS after I ordered from Nomorerack, and those items arrived on time. It is now going on 11 days since I placed my orders, and they are still in processing. No verification or confirmation of any kind has been E-mailed to me stating that they have been shipped. I WILL NEVEEEERRR ORDER FROM NOMORERACK AGAIN!!! I also will be posting on every site I visit about my experience with Nomorerack and their failed promises. They had no problem taking my $193.00 of of my credit card when I purchased my tablets, but seem to have a problem delivering my orders. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THEY HAVE NOT HEARD THE LAST FROM ME. I am not one to take this and eat it, nor will I have my grandchildren disappointed on Christmas morning and Nomorerack getting away with putting me off
