NONA HIGGS EX-AVON REPRESENTATIVE Rip-off *REBUTTAL'S
ON APRIL 2 2001 I PLACED AN ORDER WITH HER AND I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PRODUCT OR MY MONEY BACK. WHEN I CONFRONTED HER ABOUT GETTING MY MONEY BACK, SHE WAS VERBALLY ABUSIVE AND TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL SHE SAY FIT TO RETURN IT TO ME.
I HAVE AS YET EVEN RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM HER. BECAUSE OF HER NASTY WAY OF HANDLING THIS SITUATION, I HAVE HAD TO GET PRESCRIBED ANTI-ANXIETY MEDICINE FROM MY DOCTOR.
IF I COULD ONLY FIND OTHERS WHO HAVE DEALT WITH THIS WOMAN BEFORE, I COULD GO TO THE STATE ATTORNYS OFFICE WITH THIS. iT IS NOT THE MONEY, IT IS THE PRINCIPAL THAT I CONSIDER WHAT SHE HAS DONE FRAUD AND THEFT.
WE NEED TO STOP THESE PEOPLE FROM DOING THIS TO ANYONE ELSE.

NONA HIGGS EX-AVON REPRESENTATIVE Rip-off *REBUTTAL (#5150) They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] Their name: Dawn Williams Their phone number: 904-996-7523 Their relationship to the company: Consumer Suggestion Rebuttal: If I had been wrong about this particular situation, then Mrs. Higgs wouldhave returned my money like she told me on a number of occasions. Instead I had to go through the Avon company to do that. She has yet to return my call and rectify this situation. It is a shame that I had to go to this length for Mrs. Higgs to acknowledge this problem. I also have recorded a message from her that upset me very much. It was a matter of principal and I did not slander anyone. I had heard for months her slander the company she worked for. And I never complained until this incident. My son's 5th birthday gift was included in that order. I even asked her to let me know so I could replace the gift, however, she couldn't even do that for me. But, I know and so do others that this incident happened and it's not fair that people get treated this way.

I can not believe that anyone can just put what they want on this site even if it is not true.
This woman has been the one doing the abusing and i should have recorded all the phone calls she has made to my home and i guess i will need to take legal action againts this woman for this act. It is not true. She has done this over a 24.00 order and it was not my fault and i tried to call her and fix it and she begain to slander me and has called my home mumerious time and so i told her to stop calling me if she could not talk as an adult.
