Purchased a Nordic Track C900 Pro ttreadmill from Sears here in Fairbanks.  It worked ok for a while, then the belt started going off center and rubbing on the sides.  Replaced the NEW belt for $100.  Didn't help even after HOURS and HOURS of trying to adjust per Nordic Tracks instructions AND email conversations.  Then they told me to buy a new front roller.  WHAT?  The machine had less than 6 hours on it TOTAL!  after manu more emails and no help from Nordic Tracks representatives, we mad one last attempt to try to remedy the belt problem to no avail.  All in all, we have over 15 hours into trying to get this POS to function properly.  Sears won't help.  Nordic Track won't help.  Local sporting goods store wants $75 an hour to look at it, meaning we would be throwing away even more money!  Today, the treadmill was TORN apard and disopsed of at the dump, where it belongs.  I would caution anyone to think twice about purchasing Nordic Track equipment.  Their customer sevice sucks and they do not stand behind their product.  I couldn't be more angry for wasting my hard earned money on a RIPOFF company like Nordic Track.  I will be filing complaints with BBB and any other outlet I can find.  BUYER BEWARE!
