I've been in the same home for 7 years They were supposed to paint when I moved in. Check the walls for mold(due to a prior tendent water damage) replace the carpet(discusting colors and stained horribly.. turns bare feet dam near black) and missing tiles on the floor. Replace the missing pieces in the kitchen ceiling(can't use any lights in the kitchen besides the one above the stove) Fix the upstairs bathroom (still have no cold water in the sink)fix the kitchen sink(their wanna be patch job leaks and their is black mold in the cupboard below) Fix both the front and back porches(which are now dangerous to even walk on. The rain comes right through the gigantic hole in the roof. The porch is nearly 3ft drop off the foundation) none of the cupboard doors have been replaced) (still missing drawers)there is paint peeling off the walls(likely lead) now their is a massive bug problem (due to new nasty neighbors) says that if I want anything fixed I have to do it myself out of my own dam pocket!! His "so-called" handy man is dam near 70yrs old and don't know how to fix a dam thing!! Not to mention he is buddie buddie with the northeast judge. So whatever he wants he gets. He's tried to kick me out 2x now cuz I refuse to pay rent until he fixes this s**t!! Guarantee it I take it to the health board they'd shut the f**king place down for unsafe living conditions!! This isn't a secluded problem either. I've heard from many of his tenants that have the same issues!! This man shouldn't be aloud to rent people such f**kED UP PROPERTYS!! I took it as a LAST RESORT!! But don't you threaten me and my livelyhood because you can't keep to your agreements! I pay GOOD money to be here!! That's what an escrow account is for!! Don't wanna fix it I CAN AND WILL keep my money for a better place!!!!
