Our 7th Honda, and first one we bought from Norm Reeves in Cerritos, and what a let down. We bought a 2017 Honda Pilot and after we got done with the paper work we went to the car with the sales person to review how to use the options. My wife only wanted three things in a car, Nav system, leather seats and heated seats. When we asked the sales person why we did not feel any heat coming from the seats she stated as we drive home we will feel the heat, just takes a little time. Well 45 minutes later and home still can not feel any heat. Texted the sales person the same night and said to take it to service. Did that to the dealer by my house, and they said it is working as designed, we said we cant feel any heat, they said the design is only 89 degrees and that is why we cant feel it. Well then why call them heated seats. Answer was when it is very cold outside we may be able to feel the heat. Then dealing with Kevin Harris and Norm Reeves Honda, he was degrading and rude. If you have any issues make sure he is not assigned. So bottom line, we should have never driven the car home as the salesperson recommended, our bad. And just to note, Honda came out with a Service News Article in Jan 2018 to all their dealerships, the heading is "Poor Seat Heater Performance" Next month I was on track to buy a 2018 Honda Accord Touring, but due to this experience this will be my 7th and last Honda for us or our kids.
