 This is by far the worst ripoff joint that I have ever been involved with.  When I called in to get information on this company and their programs, of course they were extremely nice and courteous (just like a car dealer would be!).  Their first error was based on the fact that they were to have shipped my card reader to the motel that I was staying in near the festival that I was needing the machine that weekend for...it never got there and it showed up at my house and I lost card processing sales that weekend.  OK...so mistakes happen, right.  We went along with no problerms until about three months into the program when the monthly prices that they had quoted doubled and I had not been told.  I then told them that I was no longer interested in this program and I would find another company.  They said that I would need to send in a cancellation letter and return the FREE card reader machine or risk a charge of $1100.00 in which they would deduct same from my checking account.  I am starting to get MAD but held it all back.

During the time that I was waiting for the cancellation to go through (30 days) I found out that they had never set me up with AMEX nor had they paid me for the charges that I had run and had been approved for (not sure how they were approved?)   I talked to their customer service for three weeks trying to get something resolved with no success.  Their customer service is apparently staffed with young people that do not know what they are doing.  I would receive various conflicting answers each time that I called.  When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they would not do so.  It is absolutely impossible to reach somebody in charge with that company which by that time really P***** ME OFF. 

I ended up contacting the nice salesman that I had started with in the beginning and he emailed 4 supervisors and within 10days, I had my money for the AMEX charges.

Well the salesman quaranteed that there would be no additional charges for anything through NAB and quess what, they tried to deduct $160.00 from my account for the next month's fees...fortunately I had anticipated this and had advised my bank to block their account.  Hurray for my side!!!
