The website states that the product is an online shopping membership, not a loan and it can not be mistakin for a credit card. This customer submitted an application knowingly that she did not have the funds to cover the debit. Isn't that a crime??? As with any company, the debit was run a 2nd time to collect the funds. The bank has charged her the NSF fee of $34.00 each time the debit was presented. Not the company. If the customer read what she agreed stated she did by submitting the two (2) page application, she would have known what she was signing up for and wouldn't commit a crime but submitting an online check when no money was there.
