Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
The company promised a great savings on long distance phone calling and 1000 minutes free long distance by calling through the 1(800) number. They failed to mention that the 1000 free minutes needed to be used within 30 days.

We continued to get billed from our local company, our long distance company and from North American Telephone Network, How is this a savings?!! We paid more for our telephone after the first thirty days. Once we realized what was going on I wrote a letter to the company to discontinue the service because it was not economical as they led us to believe.

I continued to receive bills for service and contacted there customer service department and their representative stated that there is no record of my letter to the company. She also explained that they would cont. to try to collect the money from us even though it was their error. She supposedly documented that we wanted the service disconnected.

We continued to receive a bill and I wrote another letter that was very irate that I would not cont. to pay for services I have requested to have disconnected months before and more than once.

The best part is now. I was contacted on Feb. 13th 2003 by their collections department. I was irate and explained that I would not pay any such amount of $123.42 that they had last billed me in Nov. 2002. The collection agent explained that my bill was only $10.79, which was with tax included. He explained that I could pay for it with check by phone and I relented to end the matter.

NOW!!! I am trying to balance my check book a week later and to my surprise that @##$%^#%% company has withdrawn $140.01!!!!!! I call the customer relations department and big surprise.... they can not help me. Because the collections department had the account they need to look into it and.... they are not open at this time. I will pursue this to the end.

My husband was laid off 2 months ago and now a company that was supposed to save me money has fraudulantly stolen money from us.
