North Carolina Furniture Buy Direct ripoff stealing peoples money from many states, I'm looking into a class action suite againt them they have 4,470 of my hard earned money High Point North Carolina
we ordered two bed room sets a living room set threw the web site back in nov.2005.we paid with our debit card 4,470 dollars.they said it would take four to six weeks for delivarey.febuary 2006 they said our stuff is on back order we won't have it till march.But we can cancel order and get a refund.it would take three weeks for us to get our money back.so we wanted our money back sent then a written letter.It is now the end of april 2006 we never were refunded our 4,470 dollars.when i do call i'm cursed at by people who direct calls or i get directed to voice mail.i leave my name and number never get a call back.This company is still taking orders threw there web site.People beware!!!!!They must be stopped.I have four young children i have to support that are sleeping on a mattress on the floor because this company took my money that i need to buy them beds.this is alot of money to throw away.We will fight for our money.I have no other choice but to contact a laywer about this matter.It's causing me to get sick and lose sleep.They must pay!!!
