North Dallas Plumbing Holden Plumbing Unfair markup of prices, lied, dishonest Carrollton Texas
I wish I would have clocked the time the plumber was at my house. He was very nice and friendly, but I cannot verify 7 hours of work. It would be nice to know the start and end times. I was also told I could not get a city permit myself. That was a lie! I could have got it myself for $125. Instead this company made a phone call and charged me $236. I went with no hot water or heat for 5 days because they didn't check the city's hours and get the permit on Friday like I was told. First estimated price was around $600, then the total bill ended up close to 1K. Save yourself the stress and don't use this company.
