My wife and I have used Pharmacy Rx World/North Drug for 3 years now and save several thousand dollars per year. You're ordering from overseas and your RX are oftentimes sourced from multiple sources like Turkey, India, UK, etc. So allow plenty of time, especially for lifesaving meds. The processing time in-house is 2-3 days, then the order goes from CAN to the source of manufacture. It may take up to 2-3 weeks for them to ship. Also, I've experienced the lag in the USPS not updating tracking nos on time. If you're willing to plan and manage ahead, this is an excellent vendor that can save you a ton of money and they're easy to work with. If you're a procrastinator or just impatient and need a daily updat on your order, I recommend you take it to CVS for the kind of fast turn-around and up to the minute attention you require.

I have seen numerous 'bad' reviews of NorthDrugStore.com. That is usually the case, when someone has a gripe they want to tell everyone. When a company does a great job, no one ever posts it. I was skeptical of ordering from them in the first place, but they had the drugs, the guarantee and someone answering the phone 24/7. So I ordered from them.
I have never been happier with an online company. They verify everything over the phone and we had our drugs 'from india' in less than 2 weeks. I have since ordered 2 more times 'generic Abilify'. The last time I ordered, my wife told me it was time to reorder, NorthDrugStore called me and asked if it was time to reorder since they had a refill on file. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would rather be able to request everything on-line and not have to talk to a person, but the fact that they make it as easy as possible means alot.
Sorry somone had a problem with NorthDrugStore.com, but I would DEFINITELY recommend them.

I, too, had one experience similar to the complaintant's. The USPS did not recognize the tracking number. To make a long story short, the package was sent to an old address and the USPS failed to forward the package even though it was within one year (the transition period for forwarding mail). When I called after 21 days, the company sent out another shipment that arrived in 10 days and made sure my old address was deleted from their database.
In reading the complaint, it sounded like patience may have been a virtue. My drugs come from India, so the 21 day shipping period id not unreasonable. I have had nothing but good service other than this one glitch.

I have been a customer of North Drug Store for several years and have had nothing but excellent service from them. They have fulfilled every order I've had in a timely manner. One time a prescription did not arrive in 21 days. I called and they immediately sent out a new prescription at no charge. The next day the first shipment arrived but it was too late to do anything about it. The people I have spoken to have always been polite. I've never had a single incident that caused me any stress.
I don't believe they are fraudulent or trying to scam anyone.
I totally agree with DJC's rebuttal of August 3, 2013.

I find the rebuttal posted on August 3, 2013, by author "DJC -()" to be based on total assumptions about my original review... as well the author, "DJC -()" saying some very innapropriate and innaccurate statements about me as an individual.
I can only believe, based on the innaccurate and obviosly biased comments of "DJC -()", that this person is either employed of North Drug Store or one of its other companies. or this person has some type of vested interest in North Drug Store or one of its other companies.
UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL REPORT: After NEVER receiving my Parkinson's meds from North Drug Store, and after all their misinformaton and different stories about the status of my order, I filed a complaint a with my bank. After my bank's investigation in this matter, North Drug Store was unable to probvide any tracking information about my order with their company, Ergo, the charge-back was found in my favor and my money was refunded back to me. I was then able to place my order with another Candian-based pharmacy and that pharmacy had my meds deliverred to me in one week. Obviously, some companies know how to treat their customers - North Drug Store did not.

I have had nothing but great experiences with this company. North Drug Store has also had great followups and I get personal calls to remind me when I need to renew my medication.
Neither of the mentioned websites has any pricing differences from what I can see. I went and checked on the prescriptions I was taking to see if one was cheaper at one website vs the other.
I never had any problems with regards to the timeliness of the shipping, receiving notices via email, and neither have I ever had any problems tracking or receiving my prescription order.
But there was a difference between how I handled my order and how you handled your order. I didn't call them 1 to 3 times per day every flipping day of the week to find out where, what, when, how, & why and what physical route my medication was taking or why I hadn't received any conformation emails yet....
You have to understand that when you call Customer Service of any company multiple times you create a traffic jam of information (complaints & demands that the customer makes). Then the next time you call the new Customer Service rep has to wade thru all the complaints made by said customer just to file your new complaint or demand on top of the old complaints & demands that you seem to have made 1 to 3 times per day for three weeks or even longer...
I bet the company because of the horrendous amount of information just on your case alone that you alone created by excessive calling had to hire a team of people to find out just exactly what the problem was specifically.
Not only did you call them excessively but you were also combative, demanding, and obnoxious. I don't understand why some people are bullies but some just are. They think that by being obnoxious they will get what they want faster than normal. But they don't usually get what they want becasue they usually end up being alone and unliked.
I myself tend to steer clear of such people because they with all their....drama, drama, drama....wa wa wa...will just suck the every loving life out of the poor soul who has to listen to the BS all the while the poor soul is going on and oh my that is terrible...how awful and eventually they begin to wonder if anything ever in this persons life had ever had a good outcome.
Treating people with respect and listening to people when they tell you something instead of questioning their motives while you are ranting and raving about some 'sister' company having better prices did nothing for your cause. Not only did that little rant have nothing to do with your order but you succeeded in creating more of a smoke screen so more people would have to wade around with protective goggles on just to try and see what the real problem was...
I am not even going to tell you what the real problem was with your order with this company because it would do no good. You would not unless you were really ready to have some kind of an epiphany and got some glimmer or realization that it was you that was the total problem with your order.
I will digress that there are some instances where consumers need to be vigilant but this was not one of them. There is a difference between being vigilant and being a pain in the rears.
