Dear Sir: We are sorry that you did not receive your books. Occassionally there are issues with abebooks. If you had clicked on our link our FULL ADDRESS is shown on abe. (we no longer sell on abe). Also, if you had reported to abe that you did not receive the books (as you claim to have done) you would NOT have been charged and would have received a full refund. We sell on ebay under the user id "usedbookden" and have a 100% POS feedback rating. We apologize if your experience with our company was not what you expected and would appreciate you retracting the false accusations that we just "take peoples money".
