North Shore Agency demanding payment for magazines not received Melville New York
Received offer through banking rewards program for free magazines of my choice, free for a period of 6 months. I selected the magazine I desired; once free period expired, I did not renew nor request additional magazines. I have now received a bill through the North Shore Agency demanding payment of $18.00 for Archaeology Magazine. While this was a magazine I requested with my rewards program, I did not, do not, nor will I accept any any magazine past the free period covered by my banking reward's offer for free magazines for a limited period. I refuse to be bullied by this questionable collection agency demanding payment for something I did not request; nor have I received any magazines other than those few covered by the free rewards program. This entire matter is upsetting.
