My daughter saw ads for Acvis direct sales for Chev Impalas $12999, $179 a month
I called N S F to ask what they had for the sale. "Tosha" stated Many Impals.
I asked what was on the lot? She stated LS" and LT s" ALL at $12999 $179 a month
She stated 13 of them, 3 silver, 3 gold, 2 red, 2 black 1 navy, 2 white, ALL with 14k to 35k miles
I had to call my daughter to take time off of work to go see them, A two hour ride. I called Tosha back to confirm the cars were on the lot, she stated Yes, I will set you an appointment to see BEN at 9am tomorow, We will have them together fo you.
At 9 am we arrived and found Ben, he was happy to see us, then another sales person jumped in , TO help BEn?? We went out to see the Impalas, Like five of them all plain with no options.
Where are the Ls, and Lt"s I asked, this is all thats left they stated, So they sold eight from 6 pm Friday to 8 am Saterday?? So we looked at what they had left. Now the price is NOT 12999, 179 a month.
I asked for sales Mger. A smart A#* slickster said this is what you get and you are going to pay more for them. I told him about the talk with Tosha and he was inraged, said she had no idea what she was talking about and if I wanted the 2012 Impalas I had to pay more, in cach and that was the way it was going to be. He got up in my face to try to intimadate me, I told him how we felt and went to another Duluth dealer. Kia of Duluth made us an honest deal and my daughter is now the owner of a 2012 Impala thanks to them

AVIS Direct has an assortment of cars with various miles and varying in condition. The pricing is always clear as to which are the ones at the "starting price" and which are not. I personally listened to the phone conversation in this particular instance and it was clearly explained that we have a variety of this model "starting at" this price. Since we do go through a high volume of these cars, there are times when we have some that are listed that are not on the lot yet or are in the process of being cleaned to put on the lot. I apologize if there was any confusion.
