Well after fighting with them they turned it over to their Attorney for Judgement. Our attorney called them many times and they would never call back and they went ahead and filed the judgement against us. It is now on our credit report and I dont think there is anything we can do. We are going to try to contact the creditors with a letter from our attorney and see if we can get them to take it off but I dont think that is going to work. Does anyone out there know of any attorneys in NYC that are working on this to help the little people?? If so please respond.
