Northpark Dental Group #109 RUDE employees throughout the entire experience. Women in the reception area sneared at me and treated me like dirt. Did NOT FEEL SAFE with their practices or heard as a patient. No manners and POOR business ETHICS in the Northpark Dental Group#109. Ripoff Waukesha Wisconsin
The Northpark Dental Group #109 located ionside of the Aurora Healthcare facility on Hwy 164 has extreamly poor business ethics/practice as well as poor manners. Patient's records and important personal information is NOT safe with these poorly trained receptionists -A very scary thought! My husband and I scheduled and were there for our first dental check-up with them. We have been married for some years and my husband had previously been a patient of the company many years ago with his ex-wife. The receptioninsts told my that my ss# did not match that of my husbands wife's (even though they had my ss#, new information as his second wife, etc.) They did not even look me in the eye as they informend me that according to their records, I could not be treated as my husbands wife, but this other woman (divorced many years ago) could only be taken at their facility. Then the receptionist called the dentist over who was told right in front of my that they will NOT be taking this woman, but they WILL treat my husband. This is after I drove there with our 4 month old son in the cold only to be treated like dirt. I have never been so humiliated by a stranger in my life and I hope that no human on this earth gets treated as inhumane by these people as I did. I suggest that these extreamly rude & poorly trained receptionist are fired. There is no other place on earth that I have been treated with such disrespect and disregard as well as treated like a number. These employees are messing with people's important information and they are giving a bad name to the Northpark/Forward Dental Group. I will tell everyone how horrible my experience was, and that information will fly as I work personally and talk with hundreds of clients a week in my own career in the area.
