I ordered syntynol x2 for my mother 3weeks ago from Northstar Nutrtionals and received all the wrong product. When I called and told them they at that time told me that they were going to send the right products out that day, that was 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received the meds yet. Today 12/26/12 when I called them to complain they said the meds were just sent out today.. I paid $15 for priority shipping that they didn't offer to refund to me and didn't even give an expaination why it was just being shipped. It even showed in there files were I had called on 2 seperate occassions about this same problem for this same med.this company should not be able to have a web page and should be looked into by the BBB. At all cost friends do not use this company for any reason because you won't get the right product the right meds, and will get the run around everystep you go and be left waiting hoping that you do somedayyyyy get the iteams that you payed your hard earned money for from these scam artist.

Please hear me and don't us this company to get products that your love one needs to feel better because they want get them when they need them no matter haow much you call and wait. THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST AND RIPOFFS TO THERE PROMISE TO YOU as a consumer
