Northwest Glass Art Never received order or acknowledgement via email Ripoff Lynnwood Washington
I made a purchase from Northwest Glass Art in November and sent them a money order. The site still says "pending receipt of money order". i traced the money order. it was cashed on Dec 22nd by someone from Northwest Glass Art in Washington. Ive sent them 3 emails with no response and there is no other contact information provided on the website. ive found a few message boards with peoples complaints about the company. i had no idea until there was a problem with my order. In order for me to get reimbursed for the money order i would have to pay a non refundable $12 to the money order company and my order was only for $20. i just want some sort of acknowledgement from the company and i would like to receive what i ordered sometime in the next week or maybe century would be more likely.

apparently, in order to get a response from Northwest Glass Art, you have to write them 3 emails, put a report here, and file a report with the washington state attorney general. my status has now been updated to "order shipped". well see how long it takes for me to receive my order.
