NorVergence mislead us into signing for Matrix box and had us sign lease agreement for box and only gave us 4 cell phones - The NorVergence employee that delivered the cell phones told us this was the matrix we were getting - and that the internet service we ordered would be delivered at a later date.
They never sent the Internet service we ordered - just gave us the run-around when we inquired about it for a year and 1/2 - lease is for 5 years on equipment they never gave us.
They went after small businesses without legal departments so they could spread their dishonesty without stopping until many were hurt by this practice.
We now have to watch our backs and worry about our own business' name as we find out why we should pay the leasing company for equipment that was never delivered to us.
We did let the leasing company know about this problem long before we heard NorVergence was in trouble.
